who we are?

We aim to provide a quality, safe and secure preschools, breakfast and after school settings for children aged (2-4 year olds- Preschool and 3-12 year olds breakfast and after school clubs).

Your children will be supervised at all times by our childcare qualified staffs and we offer a safe, caring and welcoming environment with positive play opportunities.

All Childville staffs are carefully chosen ensuring enhanced DBS and reference checks carried out. All staff holds relevant qualifications for the post.

The same rigorous checks is carried out on volunteers and student placements

Funding and Fees

At Childville Preschool, we are committed to ensuring high-quality early education is accessible to all families.

Government-Funded Places

Families accessing the 15-hour universal entitlement or the 30-hour funded places for eligible working parents can rest assured that there are no fees payable for these government-funded hours.

These funded sessions cover your child’s early education entitlement in full.

Voluntary Donation

To help us continue providing the best resources and learning experiences, we kindly welcome a voluntary donation of £10 per month towards consumables, starting from January 2026.

This contribution is entirely optional, and all support is greatly appreciated.

Non-Funded Places and Additional Services

For families accessing hours or services outside of government-funded entitlement, the following charges apply:

•Preschool Session: £30 per session

•Breakfast Club: From £8

•After School Club: £16

Please note that additional conditions may apply depending on your child’s attendance pattern and registration needs.

how we started?

Nicky Coker, the Proprietor and founder of the Childville After School Services Ltd is a mother of three and has worked with children for many years, initially volunteering in nursery schools and then working in after school clubs. Her years of working in Childcare provisions gave her an excellent insight into Childcare provisions as well as to combat her own childcare and other parents childcare needs, founded her own After School Club in 2001. Nicky has gone from strength to strength over the years, offering excellent provisions to parents and children in London borough of Redbridge and extended her services to London borough of Barking and Dagenham in year 2004. Nicky completed a progression award in Play work Level 2 and gained a further qualification in City & Guilds NVQ level 3 in Play work. She extended her knowledge by undertaking the CACHE Level 4 in Childcare Learning and Development (CCLD), and also an A1 NVQ assessor. In 2009, she went further to complete her BA in Early Years with an Early Years Professional (EYP) status at Greenwich University.
